You can have the convenience to have your Vasia Internet
Subscription bills continuously charged to your credit
card account on a monthly basis without the hassle of personally
swiping your credit card at the Vasia office. The billed
amounts represent the user's monthly subscription dues,
excess usage charges and other amounts (if any) for internet
connections based on the terms and conditions set in the
Subscription and Service agreements.

NO
REGULAR PERSONAL APPEARANCES. Subscribers will be
continuously charged through their credit cards once
a month during regular billing periods. No more personal
appearances to swipe credit cards. Billing period
is still first day of each month. Your Vasia account
is always updated!

NO
EXCESS CHARGES LIMIT. Excess usage charges will have
no limit. Upon consumption of the user's plan hours/credits,
the user will be automatically switched to a debt
class that has unlimited negative charges. Take note:
ONLY excess credits are unlimited and not plan credits.
Subscriber will be charged for the monthly plan amount
plus total of negative charges incurred for the past
month.

BEST
OF ALL, NO MONTHLY BILLS. No more billing statements
to be sent from Virtual Asia. Charged amounts will
only be reflected in the subscriber's credit card
billing statements. Vasia billing information via
email and/or printed statements are available on
a per request basis. Email request should be sent
to billing@vasia.com.

Ask
for a copy of the credit card auto-debit form from
our friendly customer service representatives. Forms
are available from the Vasia office only. You can
either request a copy via fax by calling 636
8050 or print
the online copy from the Vasia web site.

Completely
fill up the needed information in the form, e.g.
subscriber name, user-ID, credit card number, expiration
date, etc.

Immediately
submit the accomplished form to Virtual
Asia (c/o Customer Accounting) for verification
and confirmation. Signed forms can also be faxed
to 634 5139. Subscriber
can keep one copy and the other for Vasia's filing
purposes.
