To all Vasians who are BPI and BPI Family Bank Express Teller Cardholders:

You can now enjoy the convenience of BPI EXPRESS PHONE and ATM Payments for your Vasia subscriptions. BPI Express Phone is available right in your own home or office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A.

If you are a NEW BPI account holder, you will be automatically enrolled to the payment service and be provided with your very own 4-Digit Telephone Identification Number (TIN). After obtaining your 4-Digit TIN from your BPI Branch, all you need to do is dial 89-100 and dial “0” to speak to a phone banker who can facilitate your Virtual Asia Payment enrolment. Please advise the phone banker that you want to enroll your Virtual Asia account in Check-Free Payments. Please give your user-id as your account name/number.

Once enrolled, follow these simple steps:

Call 89-100

Dial “1” for “Express Teller”

3.

Enter your 11-digit access number. This access number consists of your 10-digit ATM card number (which is located at the bottom portion of your ATM card), and the 11th digit is the first of the two numbers at the bottom right corner of your card.

Enter your 4-digit Telephone Identification Number (TIN) and when the voice prompts you, just dial “3” for “Check-Free Payment”. If you have correctly enrolled Virtual Asia, it will be included in the names that will be enumerated for you by the service.

After you have finished, you will be issued a five-digit Payment Acknowledgement Number which serves as your transaction reference code.

Please keep your transaction reference code handy when you inform Virtual Asia of your BPI Express Phone payment. You will be asked by the Virtual Asia Billing Department to provide this code if you wish your account to be immediately updated.

B.

If you are an OLD BPI account holder, you will need to obtain your 4-Digit TIN from your BPI home branch. While there, you can then ask your bank to enroll you in the Express Phone Payment System and avoid the additional step of going through a BPI “Phone Banker”. Please make sure that you inform your bank that you wish to pay for your Virtual Asia subscription using the BPI Express Phone service. Once you are ready to use the service, follow steps 1 to 5 of the guide above.


C.

If you already have your 4-Digit TIN but is not currently enrolled to pay for your Virtual Asia subscription through the service, all you need to do is to call 89-100 and speak to a BPI Phone Banker to help you enroll for Virtual Asia payments. After being enrolled, you can follow steps 1 to 5 above to pay through the BPI Express Phone System.


D.

For ATM Payments, please note that once you are enrolled to the BPI Express Phone Service, you are also enabled to pay through any BPI ATMs or through the BPI Online Payment System on the internet.

To pay your subscription through BPI ATMs, just choose Check-Free Payments from the Menu and pick Virtual Asia. Follow the instructions from there to complete your payment. Please keep the ATM receipt of your payment because it will be required by our Billing Department when you call to report your ATM payment to us.
