Please refer to your account handout included in the installer pack when you subscribed with us for payment policies and guidelines. If you do not have one, please request a copy via email at staff@vasia.com.

Please refer to your monthly e-mailed and/or printed statement of account for payment details and instructions. Standard billing statements are sent via email to your Vasia email address (userid@vasia.com) when you subscribed with us. Printed billing statements can be requested via email at staff@vasia.com.

Subscribers are encouraged to pay their subscription fees in advance. Each time you do so, you can avail of a 5% discount for a three-month advance payment, 10% discount for a six-month advance payment, or a 15% discount for a 12-month advanced payment. All advance payment hours/credits for covered months will immediately be posted upon payment. You will still be sent a bill for any excess hours you incur in your accounts.
